Joe Bryson
Mr. Bryson is the CEO of Stellar Equity Management, with over 17 years of experience in single-family and multi-family real estate. He has led acquisition and disposition activities for more than $50 million in multi-family transactions, with expertise across all stages of the property lifecycle.
Mr. Bryson also brings a 20-year background in IT service management, serving commercial IT outsourcing clients in the utility and oil & gas industries. He holds a B.S. in Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University and a MBA from the University of New Orleans. Married for over 20 years, he has three children and resides with his family in Katy, TX. Mr. Bryson is iROP, CAM, and CAPS certified by the National Apartment Association and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Houston Apartment Association.
Stephanie Bryson
Mrs. Bryson is the COO of Stellar Equity Management, with over seventeen years of experience in single-family and multifamily real estate. She has led the operations and management of more than $50 million in multifamily assets, overseeing all aspects of due diligence, management takeover, renovation, lease-up, financial reporting, and investor relations.
Drawing on her prior career as an educator, Mrs. Bryson brings strong communication skills and a talent for teaching and fostering growth. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education from Louisiana State University. Married for over 20 years, she has three children and resides with her family in Katy, TX. She is iROP, CAM, and CAPS certified by the National Apartment Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Spring Branch Management District.
